Job Purpose
Contract Management Administrator is a vital member of our Credit Department, responsible for providing relevant support in managing post activation requirements of active contracts.
Job Description
- Provide timely assistance to retail and fleet customers with enquiries and concerns related to their IHF Agreement.
- Prepares and processes various requests which includes cheque recalls, payment refunds and collateral return (end-to-end process).
- Initiate and prepare early settlement calculations
- Draft liability letters and other correspondences that maybe requested by customer related to their active IHF Agreement.
- Coordinate with borrowers on their lumpsum cheque replacements and ensure that cheques are posted in system.
- Initiate and process novation requests.
- Initiate the process of vehicle mortgage release.
- Perform other tasks as maybe assigned by Credit & Risk Manager
Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role preferably gained from a financial services or trading environment.
- Experience working with an ERP system is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
