Job Description
1. Designs and develop custom solutions on our existing salesforce platform.
2. Solutioning for the integration requirements with different ERP solutions
3. Works closely with business users to understand the requirements and any issues.
4. Responsible for connecting to data sources, for building dashboards.
5. Involved in developing business requirements, process flows, technical integration document, configurations in salesforce, testing and deployment of changes.
6. Coordination with the vendor for new implementations, facilitates discovery sessions and roll out of the projects.
7. Ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required to support wider cross-functional teams.
8. Interact with Business as well as other cross functional departments to ensure salesforce reporting needs are met.
9. Provide pre-go-live and post-go-live end user support.
10. Periodic review meetings with users to assess the problems, additional requirements, and gaps in the existing functionalities in salesforce.
11. Responsible for tracking of change requests from the users on the existing functionalities and configure/customise salesforce to implement the same.
12. Work closely with the ecommerce team to understand the integration requirements from magneto and responsible for developing APIs for integration.
13. Ability to work in a team environment effectively interacting with others.
14. Ensuring the security and confidentiality of all data, information, and documents used for salesforce implementations.
Qualification and Experience
• Masters/Bachelor’s Degree
• Salesforce.com advanced administrator or Advanced developer certification is a must.
• Experience in Tableau/ Power BI dashboards will be beneficial.
• Any additional professional qualification will be a plus
• 4 to 5 years’ experience in enhancing/supporting salesforce applications
